EMPL WAS REMOVING THE CHARGER BATTERY CABLES FORMT HE ELKHORN SCOOP AT THE UNDERGROUND CHARGING LOCATION ONE OF THE BELLS WAS EXTREMELY HOT DUE TO A WIRE BEING GROUNDED THE MEPL SUFFERED BURNS BLISTERS ON THREE FINGERS OF L HAND INSPECTION SHOWED THAT THE ELECTRICAL CHARGING BELL WIRE WAS PULLED LOOSE INSIDE THE BELL CREATING A GROUNDING CONDITION
