EE WAS PREPARING TO SECURE A CABLE ANCHOR FOR THE TRAILING CABLE OF THE SHUTTLE CAR. THE EE REPORTED THAT HE EXPERIENCED AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK WHEN HE PICKED UP THE CABLE ANCHOR TO SECURE IT TO THE ROOF. THIS EVEN DID NOT BECOME REPORTABLE UNTIL 10-20-94 WHEN THE EE BEGAN TO MISS WORK AS A RESULT OF HIS INJURY.
