EMPLOYEE AND ELECTRICIAN WERE PUTTING IN THE CABLE PLUGS FOR THE SECTION LOAD CENTER.EMPLOYEE PLUGGED IN THE PUMP CABLE AND PUT THE BREAKER ON AND THE CABLE WAS DAMAGED ONE FOOT FROM THE PLUG CAUSING THE CABLE TO SHORT AND FLASHED OUT AND IRRITATING HIS EYES.
