INJURED WAS PREPARING TO WELD A RUT ON BROKEN BELT AND WAS LEANING AGAINST THE LOADER BUCKER. WHEN HE STRUCK AN ARC. HE WAS SHOCKED AND KNOCKED TO THE GROUND. INJURED WAS WET FROM SWEAT WHEN A CCIDENT HAPPENED.
