VICTIM HAD BEEN ASSIGENED TO VACUUM UP THE DUST OFF THE FLOOR WITH A VACUUM CLEANER. WHEN THE VICTIM WAS FOUND UNRESPONSINE, IT WAS ASSUMED HE MUST HAVE RECEIVED SOME SORT OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK. LATER THE VICTIM CLAIMED HE WAS SHOCKED BY THE VACUUM CLEANER HE WAS USING.
