EE AND OTHER STARTED TO REPLACE A HYDRAULIC HOSE WHEN FLUID BEGAN TO SPRAY OUT FROM THE COUPLING. THE COUPLING THEN BLEW APART SPRAYING FLUID ALL OVER INCLUDING IN TO HIS EYES. HYDRAULIC FLUID WAS FLUSHED OUT OF HIS EYE, HE RECEIVED EYE DROPS FROM THE CLINIC MAKING THIS A REPORTABLE ACCIDENT.
