Employee had completed pre-shift on service truck, turned on PTO and compressor to check fluids, when the hose came off the ball valve, hitting the side of EE's face, knocking off safety glasses and hardhat. EE was taken to the ER, diagnosed with corneal abrasion, and released to next scheduled shift on 1/19/19.

Employee was assisting on removing a broken inner liner on Sag #2 when a grinding ball blew up and a piece of the ball hit the employee on the lower jaw, causing a laceration which required two sutures to close.
