EE WAS MAKING A PRESHIFT EXAM WHEN HE SAW A WATER VALVE LEAKING WATER. HE STARTED TO TIGHTEN THEVALVE UP TO STOP THE LEAK. THE VALVE BLEW OUT AND HIT HIM IN THE CHIN & NECK & SHOULDER, KNOCKIN G HIM BACKWARDS & HIT HIS HEAD AGAINST THE GROUND.
