SHOT WAS LOADED BUT ENDED UP WITH 2 OVERLOADED HOLES INT HE BACK ROW DUE TO EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION, CREATING EXCESSIVE FLYROCK. BLASTERS WERE 750' TO THE BACK AND SIDE OF THE SHOT. WHEN SHOT WA S FIRED AS PLANNED, FLYROCK WENT IN THEIR DIRECTION. THEY DUCKED BEHIND A PICKUP BUT A ROCK (5-6 LB) HIT THE BLASTER IN THE LEG ABOVE THE ANKLE.
