I,NAME HAD DETONATED A SHOT AT THE QUARRY AND HAD FAILED TO MOVE FAR ENOUGH FROM THE BLASTING AREA. A ROCK FROM THE BLAST STRUCK THE TOP OF THE TRUCK AND CAME THRU THE ROOF STRICKING HIM ON HI S BACK.
