THE VICTIM AND CO WORKER EE HAD BEEN SENT TO THE POWDER MAGAZINE TO DESTROY DETERIRATING BLASTING POWDER THAT HAD BEEN DISCOVERED EARLIER THAT DAY. FOR SOME REASON, UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME, A PRE MATURE DETONATION OF EXPLISVES OCCURRED RESULTING IN FATAL INJURIES TO EE AND CRITICAL INJURIES TO OTHER.
