THE INJURED SUSTAINED A BROKEN SHOULDER BONE AND BRUISED KIDNEY WHEN HE WAS STRUCK BY FLYING ROCK AFTER THE COMPLETION OF HOLES FOR A SHOT THE POWDER CREW POSITONED THEMSELVE APPROX. 1000 FT F ROM THE AREA WHEN THE BLAST OCCURRED THE INJURY RECONGNIZED A ROCK COMING HIS WAY AND GOT BACK IN THE TRUCK THE ROCK CAME THRU THE BACK WINDOW AND STRUCK HIM ON THE SHOULDER.
