EE was extending the phone line in the belt entry unit #1. EE was picking up the cable to hang hook it up. EE's back was facing the rib, when 1'X 8' of rock fell out striking EE on the right shoulder and right foot.
EE was doing maintenance on equipment, Corner fell out and hit EE in the right foot and back 12" tall 24" wide 6" thick piece of rock/coal.
