EMPLOYEE WAS CLEANING OFF A BLOCK OF COAL, SHOVELING DIRT & CLEANINGS INTO THE LOADER BUCKET WHEN SOME SCHALE FELL FROM THE HIGHWALL. UPON RETREATING TO AVOID THE SHALE MATERIAL, HE TURNED HIS ANKLE, RESULTING IN A SMALL FRACTURE ON THE ANKLE BONE.
