EE was working on the #1 West Section (2) breaks outby the feeder loading crib blocks on the scoop. While loading the crib blocks, the corner rib rolled out measuring 5'x 3'x 1x1/2' thick striking the employee on the right foot resulting in (5) broken bones.

Employee was operating the continuous miner in 7 South mains. A piece of rib fell out while mining between 4-5 entry at 10.5 X-cut and struck the employee pushing employee to the ground. The employee suffered 2 fractured ribs as a result of the incident.
Employee pulled Roof Bolting machine into the #4 Left to bolt cut. When rib rolled out from behind curtain striking EE in the left shoulder, knocking EE into the controls.
Employee was rib bolting on the tube side of the 1B Miner when a piece of coal fell from the rib and struck the effected employees right knee. Employee finished EE's shift. On 11/17/23 MRI results determined the employee has a partial quad tendon tear.

The rock measured 9'longx34' highx8' thick. As a result, the employee suffered a compression fracture to the C3 vertebrae. No compliance issues were found. No other part 50 criteria apply.
