EMPLOYEE WAS SCALING LOOSE COAL FROM UPPER PART OF RIB WITH PICKING HAMMER. SOME SMALL COAL CHUNKS POPPED LOOSE FROM RIB STRIKING EMPLOYEE IN LEFT EYE. THE EYEBALL WAS CUT CAUSING MINOR INFECT ION.
