THE EMPLOYEE WAS ATTEMPTING TO SUPPORT THE BACK- HE PUT HIMSELF OUT UNDER OPEN GROUND (UNSUPPORTED) - WHILE COLLARING A DRILL HOLE THE BACK GAVE WAY STRIKING THE DRILL OPERATOR - THE EMPLOY SHOULD HAVE BEEN BACK UNDER THE SUPPSUTED BROW - IT WAS A SAFETY VIOLATION.
