A Rok-Prop was stood up and was being pressurized when a rock slipped from behind the rib mesh and struck the device that was pressurizing the Rok-Prop. The Rok-Prop fell and struck employee on the shoulder. Employee has not been released to regular duty.

While setting up the #1 entry for production, a piece of rib fell and struck employee. He received a laceration to his leg, the wound required stitches to close.

The Tele-Tram broke loose a piece of rib measuring approximately 4 feet long by 4 feet wide by 4-8 inches thick that struck employee.
