WHEN THE DRILL WASSET UP FOR DRILLING OPERATOR STRIKE OUT OF THE CAB TO SPEAK TO THE BLA STING FOREMAN A3D ON HIS RETURN TO THE CAB A ROCK DISLODGED FROM 4 FT ABOVE AND HIT THE BACK OF THE OPERATOR WAS WEARING HARD TOE RUBBER BOOTS.
