INJURED WAS STRUCK ON THE LEFT HIP AND SIDE BY A DISLODGED COAL RIB INJURED CONTINUED TO WORK AND REFUSED MEDICAL TREATMENT AT THE TIME OF INJURY. ON FOLLOW UP CHECK WITH INJURED HE STATED TH AT HE WAS OK AND HE CONTINUED TO PREFORM HIS REGULAR WORK ASSINMENT UNTIL THE END OF THE SHIFT 3-22-91.
