EMPLOYEE STATED THAT A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK BETWEEN THE RIB BOLT AND RIB FELL AND STRUCK HIM ON THE RIGHT LEG. HE WAS X-RAYED AND IT WAS DETERMINED THAT HE HAD SUFFERED A BROKEN KNEE CAP.
