Normandy Midas Operations Inc · Struck by falling object

EMPLOYEE TOOK HIS SAFETY GLASSES OFF BECAUSE THEY WERE WET AND DIRTY AND HE SAID HE WANTED TO SEE BETTER. HE WAS HELPING THE JUMBO OPERATOR INSTALL GROUND SUPPORT USING 3" X 3" WIRE MESH 6' X 10' WHEN A ROCK CAME OUT OF THE 18 FOOT BACK STRIKING HIM IN HIS EYE RUPTURING HIS GLOBE.
