INJURED STATED THAT HE WAS PUTTING A SPAD IN THE ROOF WHEN A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FELL AND STRUCK INJURED ON THE BACK OF THE RIGHT HAND CAUSING A LACERATION. INJURED WENT TO THE HOSPITAL AND REC EIVED 5 STITCHES. HE RETURNED TO WORK HIS NEXT REGULAR SCHEDULED SHIFT.
