Ie was bent down moving the water hose to the continuous miner when a rock came out from behind the mesh hitting the employee in the head slamming the employee's face into the shuttle car and fracturing a tooth.

EE was cutting mesh out. He was sitting in the mustang skid steer when a rock fell from the roof. The rock glanced off the mustang skid steer bucket and fell into the cab, hitting the EE in the right knee. MSHA restricted duty 11/17/06.
