HE WAS UNDER THE CANOPY ON THE ROOF BOLTER BUT HIS LEG WAS JUST A LITTLE BIT OUT FROM UNDER THE CANOPY WHEN THE ROCK FELL. THE ROCK WAS ABOUT 3"THICK, 1 & 1/2'LONG & 1 & 1/2'WIDE.
While employees were getting instructions at shack, a rock app 3" - 12" thick and 2' x 3' long, fell striking 2 employees on their heads shoulders and backs.
Draw rock, 7 inches thick, tapering down to 1 inch thick 2 ft. wide, 4ft long broke at ATRS smashing left fingers, mainly index finger, against pot while employee was trying to get pinner still out of pot.
