INJURED ALLEGED A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FELL FROM THE ROCK AND STRUCK HIM WHILE RIDING A 3-WHEEL MANTRIP. THIS RESULTED IN A BRUISED NECK AND BACK. THIS INJURY WAS NOT REPORTED TO HIS SUPERVISOR. POLICY AT THIS MINE STATES THAT ALL INJURIES MUST BE REPORTED PRIOR TO LEAVING PROPERTY.
