EMPLOYEE WAS SC5LING ROCK FROM THE ROOF OF THE MINE. WHEN THEN ROCK HE WAS CALING ON BROKE LOOSE OVER THE TOP OF HIS HEAD. THE EMPLOYEE WAS USING A 6' SCALING BAR. IT WAS 7/8" DIA. THE E EMPLOYEE WAS ST9UCK ON THE HEAD AND RIGHT BEHIND HIS HEAD ON HIS RIGHT SHOULDER BLADE. THE EMPLOYEE WAS SCALING FROM A BOOM TRUCK (GMC).

THE INJURED WAS SCALING TOP AND BROUGHT A LOOSE PIECE DOWN THAT HIT THE BAR HE WAS USING CAUSING THE BAR TO JAB HIM IN THE ABDOMEN CAUSING AN ABRASION AND A SLIGHT CONTUSION TOTHAT AREA.HE WAS HE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL AS A PRE-CAUSING AN ABRASION AND A SLIGHT CONTUSION TO THAT AREA.HE AS TAKEN TO THAT AREA.HE WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL.AS PRECAUTIONARY.
