A piece of draw rock fell from the roof striking the operator on the left shoulder.

EE stated that while operatig a roof bolting machine, a section of rock spun out of the hole he was drilling striking him on right upper forearm. Required stitches to close laceration.
STARTED DRILLING A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK FEEL AND HIT RIGHT MIDDLE FINGER. CUTTING THE FINGER HAD TO GET 3 STAPLES.
