MINER WALKED OUT UNDER UNSUPPORTED GROUND TO CHECK THE CONDITION OF THE BACK. A SLAB OF ROCK STRUCK HIM AGAINST THE LEFT SHOULDER KNOCKING HIM TO THE GROUND AND PINNING HIM THERE. THIS OCCURRE D IN A 15\ SECTION OF A 100\ LONG DRIFT THE WIRE AND BOLTS HAD RUSTED OUT CAUSING A SMALL BACK FALL , RE-BOLTING
