THE CUTTER OPERATOR TOOK CUTTER INTO #5 PILLAR TO CUT WING AND ROOF STARTED TO WORK AND HE LOST IT. THE FOREMAN UNDER TOOK TO TRAM IT BACK OUT.THE ROOF FELL ON CUTTERT AND CAUGHT HIS FINGER & HAND BETWEEN CUTTER FRAME AND ROOF.
