EMPLOYEE WAS TA4PING A SHOT AND CRAWLED UNDER AN AREA WHRE HE HE DID NOT PROPERLY PULL CAP COAL AND A SMALL SECTION OF COAL FELL ON HIS ARMS AND HANDS. WHEN EMPLOYEE JERKED HIS HANDS FREE HE CAUSED MINER AB9ASIONS ON HIS ARMS AND HANDS.
