WHILE CUTTING COAL IN THE #1 ROOM PILLAR, #1 ENTRY. A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK 2' X 2' X 1/2" FELL FROM MAIN MINE ROOF, ALLEGEDLY STRIKING HIM ON HIS NECK CAUSING CONTUSION TO BACK OF NECK. THIS I NJURY REQUIRED PHYSICAL THERAPY DUE TO STIFFNESS OF NECK MUSCLES.
