INJURED WAS BAR9ING DOWN A KETTLE BOTTOM ROCK.AFTER SEVERAL TRIES, HE COULD NOT DISLODGE THE ROCK. AS HE TURNED AWAY FROM THE ROCK, IT FELL AND STRUCK HIM ON THE HEAD AND NECK.THE ROCK WAS 18" IN DIAMETER WI7H A THICKNESS OF 1 TO 6 INCHES.
