#2 HEADING ON SOUTH MAIN 26 FT. INBY SPAD #2950. EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING MINER WHEN HE SAW AN OIL LEAK ON THE RIPPER HEAD JACK. HE BACKED UP THE MINER TO LAST ROUND OF BOLTS TO CHECK FOR OIL LE AK. A ROCK APPROX. 2" THICK X 2FT. WIDE X 4-5 FTLONG FELL OUT OF TOP STRIKING HIM ON THE CHEST AND RIGHT LEG & KNEE. DIDN'T GO TO DR. UNTIL AFTER WORK ON 3-12-96. DIDN'T MISS ANY WORK-3 RESTR
