The employee was operating a roof bolting machine and was installing roof bolts in the face of the right. A small piece of draw rock fell and struck his right forearm causing a laceration which required sutures.

THE EMPLOYEE WAS HANGING CABLES FOR THE MOBILE ROOF SUPPORTS. A PIECE OF DRAW ROCK DISLODGED FROM BETWEEN ROOF BOLTS AND STRUCK HIM ON HIS RIGHT LEG JUST ABOVE HIS KNEE. THIS RESULTED IN A LACERATION WHICH REQUIRED SUTURES.
