A piece of draw rock fell striking EE on the left shoulder while he was bolting top. The rock meas. 9" L.X 6" W. X 1/2" thick. His left shoulder had previously been injured in a car accident and a determination had to be made concerning a new or existing condition. Test could not determine exact cause of damage, we are reporting LTA. the results were relayed to me on 10/3/11.
