Employee was bolting top on 6 right section. As he placed his steel against the top a kettle bottom dislodged from the top striking his right knee. On 9-2-08, MRI results came back positive for 3 tears to his menisci cartilage, was put off work until a surgeon sees what is to be done to repair his knee.

They had scaled roof in the area then set the ATRS preparing to install roof bolts. EE was attempting to mount the man-up station; placed his right hand in the buckboard to assist him when a piece of rock approx. 1'x1'x2' fell striking his right hand.
