A CERAMIC CYCLONE LINER,WHICH WAS STORED ON A WOODEN PALLET ON A SHELF IN THE PLANT WAREHOUSE SHIFTED APPROXIMATELY 2" SIDEWAYS ON THE PALLET WHILE IN STORAGE AND FELL APPROXIMATELY 15' STRIKI NG THE REPAIRPERSON,WHO WAS GETTING WELDING CABLE FROM A LOWER STROAGE AREA.STRUCK ON HARD HAT AND UPPER MIDDLE BACK AREA,CAUSING STRAINED NECK AREA AND ROTOR CUFF DAMAGE.

HE WAS RESETTIN1 BLOCKING ON 3 TON BOOM CRANE TO MOUNT IT ON MACHINCIS TRUCK. CRANE STARTED TO FALL OFF BLOCKING AND HE CAUGHT IT WITH HIS RIGHT HAND. HE PULLED MUSCLES IN RIGHT ARM.
