ON 4/18, INJURED WAS STRUCK ON THE UPPER RIGHT BACK BY A FALLING ROCK, HE RECEIVED A CONTUSION. ON 4/24, HE REPORTED THAT HE HAD INJURED HIS BACK AGAIN ON THE 20TH WHEN HE JUMPED BACK TO DODG E ANOTHER FALLING ROCK. HE WAS USING HIS SAFETY BELT AND WHEN HE JERKED AGAINST IT HE HAD PAIN IN LUMBER REGION.
