Traxler Construction Inc · Struck by falling object

Employee exited loader with hard hat on to walk around screener to check belts. Rock fell knocking hard hat off his head and hitting his head, resulting in open wound injury on head. He was taken to local hospital and received stitches. He missed one day of work.
