AN EMPLOYEE WAS OPERATING A D-7 CAT DOZER, PUSHING MUD, ROCKS AND DEBRIS AWAY FROM THE MOUTH OF A CANYON. WITHOUT WARNING, A MASSIVE MUDSLIDE CAME OUT OF THE CANYON, STRIKING AND OVERTURNING T HE DOZER, APPRENTLY FATALLY INJURING HIM.
