WHILE MOVING A PALLET OF BOXED STONE, REMAINING PALLETS BECAME UNSTABLE. EE GOT OFF FORKLIFT AND HAD HIS BACK TO UNSTABLE PALLETS, WHEN THE TOP PALLET SHIFTED, FELL AND HIT EE IN THE UPPER LEG S KNOCKING HIM DOWN AND PINNING HIM AGAINST THE FORKLIFT. EE'S LEFT ANKLE WAS BROKEN AND LIGAMENTS IN HIS RT ANKLE WERE SPRAINED.
