SUBJECT WAS USING TORCH TO HEAT ADAPTOR TO LOOSEN IT FOR REMOVAL. THE HEAT CAUSED THE GREASE TO IGNITE AND BURNED SUBJECT ON ARM. THE INCIDENT DID NOT VIOLATE RULES AND REGULATIONS ON JOB SK ILLS, MINE PROFICIENCY, TRAINING AND ATTITUDE.
