EMPLOYEE WAS BACKING UP ON THE DUMP SITE TO UNLOAD HIS TRUCK WITH OVER BURDEN WHEN A STEERING LINE BROKE AND SPRAYED HYDRUALIC OIL ONTO THE TUBRO CHARGER CAUSING A FIRE THAT LASTED 15 MINUTES.
