THE LOADER CAUGHT FIRE WHILE THE EMPLOYEE WAS FILLING THE ORE HOPPER. HE SCRAPED THE BACK OF HIS LEFT LEG ON BUCKET LIFTING LEVCER WHEN HE WAS GETTING OUT OF LOADER, THE FIRE WAS CAUSED FROM LEAKING FUEL SOURCE OF IGNITION UNKNOWN.
