EE WAS WELDING INSIDE COMPARTMENT OF SWING GRINDER. ANOTHER EE WAS WELDING ON TOP OF SWING GRINDER. HIS SPARKS STARTED A SMALL GRASS & OIL FIRE BENETH THE GRINDER. THE FIRE INCREASED RAPIDLY. DAN CRAWLED OUT OF THE GRINDER THROUGH THE FIRE & WAS BURNED.
