The Sabine Mining Company · Fall from machine

Fire started while truck (coal train) was fully loaded going to the hopper. Truck was traveling up hill at approx. 6 mph, operator called in a code, stopped truck and shut it down, fire suppression set off, operator left cab. Truck is estimated to be a total loss at his time. Operator became excited and jumped from truck about half way down (5') the ladder.
