EMPLOYEE WAS WARMING HANDS OVER HEATER. HE THEN BEGAN SHOVELING COAL AGAIN, WHEN HE NOTICED HIS GLOVE WAS SMOLDERING. WHEN HE TOOK OFF THE GLOVE, HE SAW HIS FINGER WAS BURNT.
