CLUTCH ON TRUCK GOT HOT AND DRIVER USED A FIRE EXTINGUISHER. DRIVER INHALED SMOKE AND SOME FIRE EXTINGUISHER MATERIAL. DRIVER WAS KEPT OVERNIGHT AT PINEVILLE HOSPITAL AND RELEASED. WAS GIVEN A N ANTIBIOTIC AND DECONGSTANT NOSE SPRAY.

I,NAME WAS OPER5TING A ROTARY DRILL, THE DRILL HAD A SHAFT TO FAIL, WHEN IT FAILED IT TORE SOME HYDRAULIC LINES LOOSE. THE HYDRAULIC OIL SPRAYED ON THE AIR COMPRESSOR AND CUAGHT ON FIRE. I,NAM E GOT UP ON THE3DRILL AND EXTINGUISHED THE FIRE AND JUMPED DOWN TO CHECK THE OTHER SIDE OF THE DRILL. WHEN HE JUMPED DOWN, HE TWISTED HIS KNEE.
