Showing all 3EE strained his right wrist while working around finish plant on 1/8/07. He did not report any problem until 1/15/07, nor was there no report of any incident until 1/15/07. EE worked his full shift & had his wrist checked after work. It was then determined that he strained it and put on restricted duty.
A CONTRACTOR WAS MOUNTING A NEW STEELE CHUTE ON A CONVEYOR HEAD SECTION. THE CHUTE WAS PRYED FREE & SHOT UP IN THE AIR WHICH PINCHED THE CONTRACTORS LEFT HAND. HE HAD 3 STITCHES IN ONE FINGER & 2 STITCHES ON THE IN THE OTHER.
